WAREHOUSE SALE DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Please note the below delivery and shipping policy for our warehouse sale

  • Due to high volume of sales and COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently experiencing dispatch delays of 10-15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for shopping with BNKR. 
  • The following countries will be charged a shipping rate of $50USD : Dubai (UAE), Azerbaijan, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Great Britain, Greece, Iceland, Cambodia and Sweden.
  • All other countries will be charged a shipping rate of $15USD.
  • The purchaser is liable for any applicable import taxes and duties incurred on warehouse sale orders.
  • Our warehouse sale accepts orders from all countries excluding Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon and Russia. All orders must be shipped within the same country of order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email updates about its progress so you know exactly when to expect it. Orders with a value of $800 or higher may be split into two shipments, and a tracking number for each shipment will be sent.
  • Your order needs a signature upon delivery, so if there is no one around to receive it the courier will leave a missed delivery card.  You can then organise for your order to be re-delivered whenever it suits you! If you choose to issue the courier with Authority To Leave so that the parcel may be delivered without a signature, BNKR is no longer liable for your order.
  • If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be forwarded onto a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking as a delivery event.
